Neighbourhood Plan

The Parish Council together with members of the public have, for the past eighteen months, been working on a Neighbourhood Plan for the Parish. All of the documents associated with the Neighbourhood Plan can be found on the Neighbourhood Planning page.


Handforth HallEast Cheshire Council consults the Parish Council on all applications that have been received within the Parish Boundary. Due to time constraints some councils establish Planning Committees with delegated powers to comment on the applications on behalf of the council.

This page is updated every Monday with applications that have been validated by the Planning Authority during the previous week.

At the end of the consultation period, you will be able to click on the Application Number again and read all the comments including those of the parish council and later the decision of the Planning Authority
